WORKING RELATIONSHIPS CREDENTIALS.

Working Relationships was registered in 1997 as an Employee Assistance Service (EAS) providing face-to-face or telephone counselling, staff training, consultancy, and 24-Hour Critical Incident Management.

Working Relationships is a project of Anglicare WA managed by the KinWay Relationship Services division.

KinWay service is approved by the Federal Department of Family and Community Services.

Working Relationships is distinctive among Employee Assistance Services in that:

  • As part of a not-for-profit social service agency, fees are competitive and any income is channelled back into services for the community;
  • We provide counsellors who are university trained, accredited and experienced in couple and family counselling, as well as individual counselling, and who receive regular supervision and professional development;
  • We provide trainers and consultants from amongst our KinWay relationship services staff who have many years experience in working with organisational systems as well as personal counselling.
  • We complement our counselling services with Additional relationship services

Working Relationships values are transparent.

  • Social Justice – Towards a new vision of society
  • Respect – Valuing all people
  • Empowerment – Restoring dignity and control
  • Independence and integrity – Pursuing our own destiny
  • Non Discrimination – Open to all

Anglicare WA is an innovative agency which seeks to continually improve its services and diversify the range of programs it offers. This will ensure the provision of its EAP service will be valued added by its location within a major multi service, multi-disciplinary social service agency.

Anglicare WA has a strong commitment to the development of a socially responsible community. The EAP service is perceived as an extension of the Anglicare WA commitment to social development, not merely a commercial proposition.

Anglicare WA adopts best practice standards across all divisions. The diversity of programs offered will ensure a comprehensive service is offered to staff of your organisation and their family members.

In addition to the range of services available under Working Relationships, Anglicare WA is able to link your employees with other fully funded services at no further cost to your organisation as follows:
