As
a major provider of funded services, Anglicare WA is aware of the ever
changing external environment. Our ability to provide an EAP is informed
by our awareness of:
- The
impact of changes for staff brought about by processes such as downsizing,
issues of equal opportunity, and the need for continuous quality improvement
-
The pressure on staff to be up to date with new developments, sophisticated
IT expectations, increased emphasis on outcome measurements and the
achievement of performance indicators.
