Working Relationships provides a consultancy service to management on problems associated with individual employees and organisational needs. Consultation allows management to access relevant knowledge and expertise.

Organisational consultation is often the best choice when:

  • Organizations want a fresh perspective on their problem or business.

Brief Management consultation

Working Relationships provides brief telephone consultation to management around staff issues. This provides managers with an objective sounding board and the opportunity to debrief before and after difficult situations.

 

Brief management consultation is provided as part of the counselling contract and is effectively free under a per-capita contract.
