ACCESSING SERVICES OF WORKING RELATIONSHIPSSelf ReferralEmployees can phone Working Relationships to arrange a suitable appointment, either inside or outside normal office hours. Suggested ReferralFriends, associates, co-workers, managers or union staff may encourage their colleagues to seek EAP services. Management Initiated ReferralManagement may request an employee to attend counselling. In this instance a Management Initiated referral form is completed with copies given to both the employee and the counsellor. With the client's consent a written report can be provided to management if requested. Face to Face CounsellingThe counselling service is accessed during week days 9am to 9pm by contacting the Working Relationships main office on 9263 2050. Locations
